Training
is of the Utmost Importance: Every OTS Security Professional receives
extensive training over and above state and federal requirements. OTS
provides its entry level staff with a 40 hour basic block of security
instruction, and 20 hours annually thereafter.
The OTS
entry level training also includes:
- CPR
- Self-Defense
- Report
Writing
- Philosophy
of Community Policing
Although
most of our Security Professionals are currently, or have been, active
in either law enforcement or some form of security - and they come to
us with the training certifications gained through Police Academy -
OTS still requires and provides them additional annual training in areas
such as:
- Executive
Protection
- Community
Policing Techniques
- Emergency
Response
- Implementation
of Contingency Plans
